I find great fulfillment in ensuring the team functions smoothly, and providing advisors with the resources they need to serve our clients effectively. Witnessing clients' excitement about their financial future and retirement is incredibly rewarding and fuels my dedication to assisting them.
My journey to Hilltop was sparked by a desire for change from my previous position, and since joining, I've experienced significant growth, transitioning into a supervisory role over five dynamic years.
