Jennifer Whitmer
Accountant/Operations Specialist/HR
My role at Hilltop is quite diverse, as I serve as an accountant for several companies. I handle various financial responsibilities, including managing cash flow, accounts payable & receivables, and overseeing employee benefits and compliance. This also involves tasks like onboarding new employees and coordinating IT-related issues. While I don't work directly with clients, my journey at Hilltop has been characterized by my dedication to my multifaceted role and my appreciation for the supportive work environment.
I joined Hilltop over 10 years ago inspired by the forward-thinking approach to remote work, which allowed me to balance my career with motherhood. As my girls have grown older, I continue to value the flexibility and opportunity Hilltop.
My passion for helping others was sparked by observing people's struggles with financial management, which deepened my appreciation for Hilltop's guidance in financial planning, retirement savings, and tax & estate planning.
