Executive Administrative Assistant
Megan, the Executive Administrative Assistant at Hilltop’s Tax Solutions office, commenced her career in the tax field in 2019 and has been an integral part of the Hilltop team since. She is responsible for addressing client queries, scheduling appointments, and processing tax returns, in addition to providing accounting support to our bookkeeping and accounting clientele.
Megan is a native of Elkhart but had spent 21 years out of state while her husband was on active duty in the Army. Following her husband’s retirement, they returned to her hometown. They are the proud parents of three adult children and eagerly await the arrival of their first grandchild.
Megan’s hobbies include spending time with family, gardening, reading, and watching Notre Dame football. Go Irish!

What advice would you give to a candidate who wants to join our team?
Attention to detail is paramount. Must be a ‘team player’. Hilltop as a whole works together, no matter what role they play.

Take bookkeeping/account courses or go back to school for my Bachelors.
